All reservations and trips made through www.excursionside.com are subject to laws of Turkey Travel Agencies (Law No. 1618) and the Consumer Protection Act (Law No. 4077).
When you decide to take a tour with our agency and if you would like to pay by Credit/Debit Card (Visa or Master Card), there’s no need to worry about money transfer costs, because it is free of credit card charges. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
In a bunch of offers on our site, you can find the excursion that fits your needs the most. Each tour is described separately and we offer a wide range of entertainment. When you reach the decision, please read all the details related to the excursion you want to take.
Our website will provide you all the necessary information about your excursion. We reserve the right to change certain details according to the conditions. Changes can occur due to certain factors, and it may also happen that the complete tour/activity can be cancelled due to impossibility of performing.
In the case that the excursion is cancelled on our behalf, excursionside will compensate for your payment in full. If, however, you have to cancel the reservation we would be grateful if you could notify us at least 3 days before the date of scheduled excursion. That way you will be able to receive a full refund.
If cancellation takes between 3 and 1 day, your refund will be one half of the paid amount. Unfortunately, if disclosure happens on the day of scheduled excursion, we can not cover your loss.
Instead of cancellation, we can also offer you a change of excursion, or a change of the tour date. That way you can still fulfill your desire to explore the nature of Side and its surroundings. We can arrange this at least 2 days before the scheduled excursion without any additional charges.

Any claim or dispute which can not be solved by agreement will be resolved as per laws of the governing country in which excursion or activity took place. By booking an excursion or activity you agree to submit any such case to the proper jurisdiction
